1. Cesar was in a car accident, and had the upper lips and gums penetrated by a hard object.  There was a 5cm deep wound.
2. Ideally an MRI would be show the extent of the lesions .
3. After admission the oral cavity was examined and a deep gum wound was noted. (see the picture below)
4. Picture on the right is   after the gum wound is now finally closed, by the veterinary dentist.

6. Cesar went home that  night and made a complete recovery.
